Acceptable Stay, but Room Issue NOTED

The location was good, very close to the Charles Bridge.

I was quite annoyed to find my room in a completely separate building. It felt disconnected from the hotel. I wanted everything in one place.

amazing staff train station ride useful information

the staff was amazing. upon arrival i was welcomed warmly and given lots of useful information regarding amenities, restaurants, things to do and atms (it was so helpful). the service at this accommodation is excellent.

I stayed in the beautiful double or twin room. The room featured daily replenished toiletries. This was helpful. The staff provided a voucher for the nearby tower. It offered great views.

Breakfast got a little busy AROUND 9 am.

an absolute dream near charles bridge!

central location waffle facility great local tips

i loved the hotel's location. it was so central, everything felt accessible. the breakfast offered a big selection. i especially liked the waffle making facility. bart at reception really stood out, he gave us great local tips and always had a smile. also michal arranged our early morning breakfast packages. we really needed them!

the only slight issue was that it's hard for drivers to reach the hotel. it made our arrival a little tricky, but nothing major.

inadequate air conditioning poor soundproofing

I found a couple things disappointing . The air conditioning in my room seemed inadequate. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, particularly during the warmer parts of the day. the soundproofing could be better. I could hear street noise at times, and it disrupted my sleep. It was especially noticeable in the early mornings.
